Metric Normalization

Metric Normalization changes raw values to percentages. The following screenshots show the process.

  

 

You can also select specific wells as Control Wells. As shown below, use click on Select Wells in the drop-down menu. This opens a plate map where you specify the Control Wells. If you have a data-rich experiment, such as the one in this example, move the slider bar to the bottom of the values to get to Select Wells.
